Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. processed American cheese, cut in small pieces
  • 1 (10 oz.) can green chilies
  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can tomatoes and jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain off the grease.
  2. Put all ingredients into a crock-pot.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour, stirring occasionally until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Serve with corn chips.
