Ingredients

  • 10 oz. chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • dash salt

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach; drain.
  2. Saute onion in margarine.
  3. Add spinach, cottage cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  4. Place in a baking dish; sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350°F until set.
