Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen spinach
  • fettucini noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Defrost spinach and drain in a colander.
  2. Cook fettucini noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
  4. Stir in drained spinach, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add 1/2 cup butter to warm noodles, tossing gently until melted.
  6. Add spinach mixture, whipping cream, and cheese to noodles. Toss gently and serve.
