Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round steak
  • 1 large can spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground round steak in a skillet and add the can of spinach.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs; add the flour and milk and blend well.
  3. Stir the blended egg mixture into the spinach and meat mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Bake in a moderate (350°F) oven for one hour.
