Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped spinach or broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 4 c. stuffing mix (not cubes)
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground thyme

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
