Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 24 full size marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 small pkg. cream cheese or cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the lemon, lime, orange, and cherry Jell-O powders separately or together as preferred.
  2. Add marshmallows to the hot gelatin and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Chill the gelatin mixture until partially set.
  4. Mash the cream cheese with the vinegar until smooth.
  5. Add the crushed pineapple with its juice to the cream cheese mixture and blend thoroughly.
  6. Stir the pineapple mixture into the partially set gelatin.
  7. Add the chopped pecans to the mixture.
  8. Pour into a mold or dish and chill until firm before serving.
