Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and crushed pineapple together.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes with a lid on.
  3. Take the lid off and let stand to cool.
