Spruced-Up Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon celery seed ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained, divided ⓘ
- 3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese ⓘ
- Minced fresh parsley ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans ⓘ
- Assorted crackers ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix the first 7 ingredients and 1/3 cup pimientos. Stir in cheese.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley, pecans and remaining pimientos. Serve with crackers.
