  • 2 yellow squash, diced
  • 2 zucchini squash, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Add a little water and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
