St. Louis Cake

Instructions
- Put chocolate chips, sugar, water, and beaten egg yolks in the top of a double boiler.
- Stir over heat until thick and melted.

- Spread the chocolate mixture over slices of prepared yellow cake or pound cake.
- Top with whipped, sweetened heavy cream before serving.
