Ingredients

  • 1 box orange and 1 box lemon jello ⓘ
  • 2 c. hot water ⓘ
  • 4 sliced bananas ⓘ
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water ⓘ
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained ⓘ
  • miniature marshmallows ⓘ
  • 1 c. pecans ⓘ
  • 1 egg ⓘ
  • 1 c. sugar ⓘ
  • 1 c. pineapple juice ⓘ
  • 2 tsp. flour ⓘ
  • 1 c. heavy cream ⓘ
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese ⓘ

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients and cool until hard.
  2. Cover with marshmallows.
  3. Sprinkle pecans.
  4. Beat egg until foamy; add sugar, pineapple juice and flour.
  5. Cook until thick; cool and spread on top of marshmallows.
  6. Mix heavy cream and cream cheese and spread on top.
