Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. round steak
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 jars Heinz brown gravy

Instructions

  1. Cut the round steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Brown the steak pieces in a skillet with chopped onions and green peppers in a small amount of oil.
  3. Mix mushroom soup and milk in a crock-pot.
  4. Add gravy and instant beef bouillon to the crock-pot.
  5. Stir in the browned meat, onions, and green peppers.
  6. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours in the crock-pot until the meat is tender.
  7. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  8. Drain the cooked noodles.
  9. Spoon the steak and gravy mixture over the cooked noodles.
  10. Serve hot.
