- In an 8-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned.
- Reduce heat to low; add wine and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes until heated.
- Remove skillet from heat; set aside and keep sauce warm.
- Broil steaks on a rack in a broiling pan, turning once, until done to taste.
- Remove steaks to serving platter.
- Pour sauce over steaks or transfer sauce to a gravy boat and serve.
