Ingredients

  • 2 lb round steak
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 dill pickle
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup onions

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 4 x 6-inch pieces.
  2. Spread mustard over each steak piece and top with 3 quartered carrots, 1 dill pickle, and a spoonful of onions.
  3. Roll up each piece and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Brown the rolled steaks in oil over medium heat.
  5. Add mushroom soup and celery to the pan, cover, and cook until the mixture is well combined and the steak is cooked through.
