Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large red pepper
  • oil
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can Del Monte sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • 2 club steaks
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onion and red pepper in a little oil until tender.
  2. Add the crushed tomatoes, sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley to the pan.
  3. Add the steaks to the sauce, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Add the drained sliced mushrooms and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
