Steak Roulades

Instructions
- Prepare the mushroom stuffing according to its recipe.
- Pound each piece of round steak very thin with a meat mallet.
- Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place 2 tablespoons of mushroom stuffing on each piece of steak.
- Roll each steak as for a jelly roll and tie with butcher's string to secure.
- Coat each rolled steak with flour.
- Brown several roulades at a time on all sides in margarine in a Dutch oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
