Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Instructions

  1. Combine water, wine, chopped celery, sliced carrot, chopped onion, rosemary, and tarragon in a skillet.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add salmon fillets to the skillet and cook on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily.
  4. Remove the salmon to a serving platter.
  5. Drain the cooked vegetables and place them on top of the salmon fillets.
