Ingredients

  • 2 c. regular oats
  • 1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 c. crisp rice cereal
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate mini morsels
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 2 T. honey

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, dry milk powder, crisp rice cereal, and chocolate morsels in a large bowl.
  2. Mix honey and peanut butter together and spoon the mixture over the oat mixture.
  3. Mix everything together well.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll in confectioners sugar, if desired.
