Stephen'S Bread Pudding

Instructions
- mix all ingredients except bread. Place bread in an oven proof pan 10 x 14 x 3. Pour ingredients over and bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes or until brown and puffy. (can be made two days ahead)
- mix 3 eggs, icing sugar heavy cream 1/4 cup butter (or less), orange juice, and
- brandy. Pour over bread pudding and bake 15 20 minutes. Let stand 15 min. and serve.
