Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 can peas (include juice)
  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and bake for 5 to 6 hours at 300°. Serve with biscuits or rolls.
