Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. potatoes
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Add cooked and drained ground beef, whole tomatoes, tomato soup, and chopped onion to the crock-pot.
  2. Pour in water, then add frozen mixed vegetables, cooked potatoes, and diced celery.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and any other preferred spices.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cook on the lowest setting for 4 to 6 hours.
