Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, peeled chicken breasts
  • 3 or 4 small zucchini
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Lightly brown chicken breasts in about 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add 1/4 cup diced onions, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup water.
  3. Continue to simmer, covered, on low for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
