Ingredients

  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. Coffee-mate
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
  • 2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 3/4 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. picante sauce
  • 1/3 can chili without beans
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Bring water, Coffee-mate, garlic powder, cumin powder, mustard powder, and onion powder to a boil.
  2. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix margarine and flour until well combined.
  4. Add the margarine and flour mixture to the cheese mixture and stir well.
  5. Stir in picante sauce, chili without beans, and lemon juice.
  6. Simmer the mixture until heated through and flavors meld.
