Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 (10-oz.) Pkg. Frozen Strawberries, thawed
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Instructions

  1. Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and stir gently until well combined.
  3. Do not use a mixer.
  4. Pour batter into greased Bundt or loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove onto a cooling rack.
