Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 cups graham crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • Cool Whip
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • nuts (optional)
  • bananas

Instructions

  1. Mix melted oleo and graham crackers together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, powdered sugar, and 2 sticks of oleo on medium speed for 15 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla to the mixture and combine well.
  5. Pour the vanilla mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Layer diced bananas, pineapple, and strawberries (frozen or fresh) on top.
  7. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts (optional).
