Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir carefully.
  3. Turn batter into loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then put on cooling racks.
