Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. water or milk
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. butter or oleo
  • fresh sliced strawberries
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, water or milk, and sugar in an omelet pan and cook until set.
  2. Add fresh sliced strawberries on one half of the omelet.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and fold the omelet in half over the strawberries.
  4. Remove from pan and dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.
