Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 jar strawberry jam
  • 1 pastry shell
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Bake the pastry shell in a 425°F oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Cream the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Blend in the sugar.
  4. Beat the eggs slightly.
  5. Add the milk and vanilla to the eggs.
  6. Gradually add the egg mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended.
  7. Pour the filling into the baked pastry shell.
  8. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes.
  9. Allow the pie to cool.
  10. Spread strawberry jam over the top and add whipped cream just before serving.
