Instructions
- Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in pineapple syrup.
- Add water to make 1 1/2 cups and stir in lemon juice.
- Chill until thick.
- Halve strawberries and 1 cup pineapple chunks and fold into the mixture, then chill until firm.
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add lemon juice and salt, then cool.
- Blend in sieved cottage cheese.
- Whip cream and fold in with walnuts.
- Layer the lemon Jell-O mixture on top of the fruit layer.
- Fill the center with berries and the remaining pineapple chunks.
