Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh string beans
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Cook string beans until tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a frying pan, sauté garlic in the olive oil.
  4. Add bread crumbs and mix together.
  5. Add beans and mix together.
  6. Transfer to a casserole dish, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add pats of butter on top.
  8. Bake in a 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
