Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Remove leaves from cabbage; set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and 1 cup diced cabbage until brown, about 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in cooked rice and 1 cup sauce; remove from heat.
  4. Fill cabbage leaves with the beef mixture.
  5. Roll up the filled cabbage leaves and cook until heated through.
