Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked meat
  • 20 sliced stuffed olives
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme
  • 2 packages unflavored gelatin
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Spray a large mold with Pam.
  2. Place the sliced olives in the mold and cover with shredded cooked meat.
  3. Dissolve 2 packages of unflavored gelatin in one can of beef consomme.
  4. Add the second can of beef consomme, chopped green onions, chopped parsley, chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well and pour over the meat in the mold.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
  7. Turn out onto a dish and garnish as desired.
  8. Slice to serve.
