Daube Glace

Instructions
- Spray a large mold with Pam.
- Place the sliced olives in the mold and cover with shredded cooked meat.
- Dissolve 2 packages of unflavored gelatin in one can of beef consomme.
- Add the second can of beef consomme, chopped green onions, chopped parsley, chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and pour over the meat in the mold.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Turn out onto a dish and garnish as desired.
- Slice to serve.
