Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) package Bleu cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. minced pimiento
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Hollow out the heart of the lettuce, leaving about a 1-inch shell of leaves.
  2. Blend together the Bleu cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
