Instructions

  1. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, sliced garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Stuff each leaf of the artichoke with the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Place the stuffed artichokes in a pot of boiling water.
  4. Pour oil over the artichokes.
  5. Bring the water back to a boil.
  6. Let simmer for 20 minutes until tender.
