Ingredients

  • 2 packages chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing cubes

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and save the liquid.
  2. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup of broccoli juice.
  3. Prepare stuffing according to package instructions, using the saved broccoli liquid for moisture.
  4. Layer cooked broccoli, stuffing, and soup in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, uncovered, for the first 30 minutes.
