Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 c. canned bamboo shoots, drained
  • 6 water chestnuts, thinly sliced and drained
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the cubed ham in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Arrange the drained bamboo shoots and water chestnuts evenly over the ham.
