Ingredients

  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon catsup

Instructions

  1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Combine milk and ground beef.
  3. Spread half of the meat mixture in a 2-quart casserole or a 9 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Pour stuffing over the meat mixture.
  5. Top with remaining meat mixture to completely cover the stuffing.
  6. Combine mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, and catsup.
  7. Pour the mixture over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes.
