Delicious stuffed chicken breast with ham, cheese, and savory stuffing, baked to perfection. A hearty, cheesy dish perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 6 uncooked chicken breasts, sliced lengthwise
  • 12 slices ham
  • 12 slices Muenster cheese
  • 3 cups prepared Stove Top stuffing
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place 1 slice of Muenster cheese and 1/4 cup of prepared stuffing on each of 12 pieces of sliced chicken breast.
  2. Roll up each chicken piece tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Arrange the rolled chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan/Romano cheese over the top of the chicken rolls.
  5. Pour chicken broth (bouillon) over the chicken.
  6. Place slices of Provolone cheese on top of the chicken rolls.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and serve hot.
