Ingredients

  • 1 lb grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 pint sliced stuffed green olives
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Slice hard rolls in half and scoop out the centers.
  2. Mix grated Cheddar cheese, chopped green pepper, sliced green onions, chopped hard-boiled eggs, sliced green olives, tomato sauce, and oil in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out rolls.
  4. Wrap each stuffed roll individually in foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
