Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed soda crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
