- Chop the liver and heart together on a cutting board.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and garlic powder to the meat.
- Sprinkle parsley over the meat mixture.
- Chop in all ingredients until well mixed.
- Using a frying pan, coat the bottom with olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until lightly browned.
- Add the seasoned meat to the frying pan and cook until done.
- Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender.
- Mash the cooked potatoes with a fork.
- Add all the ingredients to the mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly using a beater.
- Add salt to taste. The stuffing is now ready to be used for stuffing a turkey.
