Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce or chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 c. thawed frozen corn
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. chicken Stove Top stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Stir in water, barbecue or chili sauce, and tomato paste until well mixed.
  3. Add in the thawed frozen corn and chopped green pepper.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Stir in the stuffing mix just to moisten.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
