Ingredients

  • 2 qt. cooked, boned and diced chicken
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 lb. seedless green grapes
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. toasted almonds
  • 3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 (16 to 18 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve on lettuce beds.
