Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, diced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3/4 small bottle soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and other ingredients except the onion.
  2. Add sliced onion to the browned meat and cook until the onion appears slightly clear.
  3. Pour the mixture over cooked rice.
  4. Shake soy sauce over the rice and meat mixture before serving.
