Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
  • 1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2 teaspoons beef flavor bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute green pepper, celery, and onion in melted butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, beef bouillon granules, sugar, and white pepper.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
