Ingredients

  • 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cooked
  • 1/4 lb. cooked lean ham
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large avocado

Instructions

  1. Dice cooked chicken and ham into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Peel the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces.
