Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ground ham
  • 3/4 lb fresh pork
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine ground ham, ground pork, graham cracker crumbs, eggs, and milk in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and form the mixture into individual balls.
  3. In a separate saucepan, mix tomato soup, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard.
  4. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer slowly until thickened.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meat balls and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
