Ingredients

  • 4 oz. ground beef
  • 1/2 can chili (7 oz.)
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 hamburger bun

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef patty and place it on a hamburger bun on a dinner plate.
  2. Pour hot chili over the patty and bun.
  3. Spread shredded lettuce over the entire plate.
  4. Sprinkle chopped tomato, chopped onion, and grated Cheddar cheese on top of the lettuce.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Place your choice of chips around the edge of the plate.
