Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS(R) Powder Drink Mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup 7-grain puffed cereal (such as Kashi(R) brand)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh kiwi fruit
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, toasted
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mango
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl stir together yogurt and Carnation Breakfast Essentials(R) Classic French Vanilla Powdered Drink Mix until combined.
  2. In a pint glass spoon half of the yogurt mixture. Top with half of the chia seeds, half of the cereal, the kiwi, and half of the coconut. Repeat layers, with half of the yogurt mixture, chia seeds, and cereal. Finish layering with the mango, remaining half of the coconut, and pomegranate seeds.
