Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing (dry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared pan.
  4. Layer the sliced Swiss cheese over the chicken.
  5. Pour the cream of chicken soup evenly over the cheese and chicken.
  6. Mix the melted margarine with the dry stuffing.
  7. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1½ hours until bubbly and cooked through.
